We kindly ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours. • Dogs are welcome with prior approval. Please include all pets when booking. • The driveway is best suited for 2 vehicles. Depending on vehicle size and parking arrangement, up to 4 vehicles may be accommodated, but space can be limited and is not guaranteed. • The Ocean Pearl is a non-smoking property. (Outdoor patio is permitted) • Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. • Exterior security cameras are located at the front of the home and in the backyard and are used solely for safety and property security. Depending on vehicle size and parking arrangement, up to 4 vehicles may be accommodated, but space can be limited and is not guaranteed. The only area not accessible to guests is a locked owner's closet used for property supplies and storage.
